Sending us a vial
A physical sample is the single most useful thing you can send, and it removes several rounds of measurement questions. Three or four vials from the batch you will actually run is better than one, because it lets us design the cavity for the real range rather than a single sample.
Send empty vials only. We are a packaging manufacturer and we are not equipped or licensed to receive, store or handle filled vials, medications, compounds or any regulated material. Anything of that kind will be refused.
Email us first and we will confirm where to send them and what to write on the parcel.
Skip the back and forth
The quote form asks the questions we would email you anyway. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank — we will fill in the gaps.
