What we collect
- Enquiry details — What you type into the quote form or send us by email — name, business email, phone number if given, company name, and the packaging details you provide.
- Artwork files — Any file you attach to an enquiry or send us subsequently.
- Technical request data — Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address and user agent for security and rate limiting. We do not combine this with enquiry data.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for personal information beyond what is needed to reply to you.
What we do not do
- We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking on this site.
- We do not set marketing or advertising cookies.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without an explicit request.
If analytics is added in future, this page will be updated first and any non-essential tracking will respect consent where that is legally required.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling.
- Essential only — Any storage used is limited to what the site needs to function, such as remembering a preference you have set.
- No third-party trackers — No advertising networks, social pixels or session recording tools are loaded.
- Third-party fonts — Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so no request is made to a font provider when you visit.
Why we use your information
- To answer your enquiry — Preparing a specification, a quote, a die line or a sample.
- To fulfil an order — Producing and delivering packaging you have ordered.
- To keep records — Retaining the approved artwork, specification and sample against a job so a reorder reproduces it.
- To protect the site — Rate limiting and abuse prevention on the quote endpoint.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked for.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — Who operate the servers this site runs on.
- Email delivery providers — Who transmit enquiry messages to us.
- Carriers — Who need a delivery address to deliver an order.
- Nobody else — We do not pass enquiry information to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders — Kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
- Order records — Kept for as long as needed to support reorders and to meet record-keeping obligations.
- Artwork files — Retained against the job so a repeat run can reproduce it, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- You can ask what information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- You can ask us to delete your enquiry data, subject to any records we are required to keep.
- You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.
Requests should be sent through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those where they apply.
Security
- The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy.
- The quote endpoint validates and sanitises all input server-side, restricts upload file types and sizes, and is rate limited.
- Credentials for email delivery are held in environment variables and are never exposed in the browser.
- No secrets, keys or internal paths are included in the published site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page before the change takes effect, and the revision date below will change with it.
