About us

A packaging company, and only a packaging company

Peptides Boxes designs and produces custom packaging built around glass vials — folding cartons, rigid boxes, sleeves and trays, die-cut and foam inserts, formed trays, printed labels and corrugated shipping outers.

Everything we ship is empty. We do not manufacture, sell, prescribe or distribute peptides, medications or vial contents, and we are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer or brand owner.

What we actually do

A vial is an awkward object to package. It is heavy for its size, it is made of glass, it is usually top-heavy because the closure carries a disproportionate share of its mass, and the difference between a cavity that holds it and one that lets it move is measured in tenths of a millimetre.

Almost everything we do follows from that. We work from the vial outward: cavity first, then insert, then carton, then artwork proportions. We ask customers to post us a physical vial because it removes several rounds of questions about shoulder profile and closure overhang that are difficult to answer on paper.

Every insert design is fit-tested with the customer's own vial before a run is released. If a loaded sample makes a noise when it is shaken, the specification changes.

How we talk about what we make

There are several things a packaging supplier can easily claim and cannot easily support. We have chosen not to claim them.

  • No temperature guarantees — we do not state hold times or cold-chain durations for insulated packaging. That depends on your product, coolant, route, duration and season, and it has to be established by testing your own packed configuration.
  • No blanket recyclability claims — a box with a film window, a foam insert and a magnetic closure is not single-stream recyclable, and we will say so. Where you want a genuinely paper-based build we will specify one and tell you what it costs in protection.
  • No compliance claims — packaging does not make a product compliant with any regulation. We print artwork you supply and approve, and we do not review content for mandatory statements or claims.
  • No testimonials we cannot verify — you will not find invented reviews, borrowed client logos or fabricated statistics anywhere on this site.

Where we will disagree with you

The most useful thing a packaging supplier can do is tell a customer when they are buying something they do not need. We do this fairly often.

Foam is the usual case. It is more protective than a die-cut paperboard platform, and for a light vial travelling inside an outer shipping case it is money that would do more in the printing or the interior. Single-row layouts are another — they photograph beautifully and cost materially more to ship than a grid holding the same vials.

We quote alternatives side by side as a matter of course, so the difference is visible before anyone commits. Details of how a project runs are on the how to orderpage.

Who we work with

Laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, compounding facilities, distributors, research suppliers, wellness brands and private-label businesses — anyone who needs glass vials packaged properly.

We supply packaging to businesses that are responsible for their own products. Whether a particular product may lawfully be manufactured, supplied, marketed or shipped is a question for the customer and their regulatory advisers, not for us, and we do not hold ourselves out as able to answer it.

Our editorial content

The guides on this site are written by the Peptides Boxes editorial team from production experience. They cover measurements, materials, structures, printing and shipping considerations.

They contain no medical, dosing, treatment or regulatory guidance, and they are not written under an individual byline because they reflect the collective experience of the people who specify and make this packaging rather than one author's opinion.

Getting in touch

The quickest route to a useful answer is the quote form, because it asks the questions we would otherwise have to email you about. If you would rather talk something through first, the contact page lists the ways to reach us.

Peptides Boxes supplies custom empty packaging, inserts, labels and related packaging components. We do not manufacture, sell, prescribe or distribute peptides, medications or vial contents. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their products, labeling, marketing, storage and distribution comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry requirements.

Send us something awkward

Odd vial geometry, a kit with four unlike components, a pack that has been failing in transit. Those are the enquiries we find most useful.
