Terms and Conditions

These terms cover use of this website and the general basis on which Peptides Boxes supplies custom packaging. Specific commercial terms — price, quantity, tooling charges, schedule and payment terms — are set out in the quote for each job and take precedence over anything general said here.

What we supply

Peptides Boxes manufactures custom packaging: folding cartons, rigid boxes, sleeves and trays, die-cut and foam inserts, formed trays, printed labels and corrugated shipping packaging.

  • Everything supplied is empty packaging. No peptide, medication, compound, vial, closure, diluent, coolant or vial content of any kind is included with any order.
  • We do not fill, seal, assemble or store product on behalf of customers.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any pharmaceutical manufacturer or brand owner.

The full scope statement is on the packaging disclaimer page and forms part of these terms.

Quotes

  • Quotes are specification-basedThey reflect the structure, materials, finishing, insert and quantity described, and change if any of those change.
  • ValidityEach quote states how long it is valid for. Material and freight costs move, so an expired quote may be re-issued at a different figure.
  • ToolingWhere a die, foil block or tray tool is required, that one-off cost is stated separately rather than absorbed into the unit price.
  • Quantity affects unit priceSetup costs are spread across the run, so changing quantity changes the per-unit figure.

Artwork and approval

  • You supply the artworkWe supply the die line, structural advice and preflight. We do not provide graphic design.
  • Preflight covers production onlyBleed, resolution, colour space, fold clearance, registration risk, barcode sizing and separations.
  • Content is your responsibilityWe do not review artwork for accuracy, claims, mandatory statements, warnings, symbols or regulatory requirements.
  • Approval is bindingOnce you approve a proof or a physical sample, that becomes the production reference. Changes after approval may incur cost.
  • You warrant your rightsBy supplying artwork you confirm you have the right to use every element in it, including images, fonts and trade marks.

Production tolerances

Custom packaging is manufactured to tolerances rather than to absolutes, and these are normal across the industry.

  • ColourSmall variation between runs is inherent to process printing. Spot colours reduce it substantially but do not eliminate it.
  • DimensionCutting and creasing operate within a tolerance; panels will be within it, not identical to a drawing.
  • QuantityPrint runs can over- or under-deliver slightly against the ordered quantity. The tolerance is stated on the quote.
  • MaterialsBoard shade and texture vary marginally between mill batches.

Delivery

  • We ship to business and residential addresses across the United States.
  • Transit times depend on the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Risk passes on delivery to the address you supply.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.

Dispatch and delivery detail is on the shipping policy page.

Your obligations

  • You are responsible for determining whether your product may lawfully be manufactured, supplied, marketed, stored and shipped.
  • You are responsible for all labelling content and for any regulatory approvals your product requires.
  • You are responsible for validating any packed configuration for thermal or transit performance.
  • You must not send us filled vials, medications, compounds or any regulated material. Such items will be refused.

Work we will decline

We reserve the right to decline or stop work where, in our reasonable judgement, artwork or a request would be misleading or unlawful — for example packaging that implies a regulatory approval that has not been granted, or that impersonates another company.

Liability

  • Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from artwork content, regulatory outcomes, or the suitability of packaging for a use we were not told about.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

  • Content on this site is provided for general information about packaging and does not constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice.
  • Text, images and structural content on this site belong to Peptides Boxes unless stated otherwise.
  • You may not scrape, republish or reuse site content commercially without permission.
  • Product photography shows packaging formats; any brand names, codes or text visible on packaging or vials in those images are illustrative and do not indicate any affiliation or product supply.

Governing terms

The governing law and jurisdiction for a supply contract are stated on the quote and order documentation for that job. If you need that confirmed before ordering, ask and we will set it out in writing.
