Compound-Specific Packaging Applications

Customers search for packaging by the application it serves, and these pages exist to answer those searches accurately. Each one describes a packaging format — a vial size, a kit structure, a label requirement — that is commonly associated with a particular product category.

Peptides Boxes is a packaging manufacturer. We supply empty cartons, inserts, trays and labels. We do not manufacture, distribute, prescribe or sell peptides, medications or vial contents of any kind, and we are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer or brand owner.

Products in this category

Empty packaging built for particular vial and kit formats. We supply packaging only — never the compounds themselves.

1–10 vials

Semaglutide Vial Packaging Boxes

Small-format cartons for single-dose and multi-dose vials, with the panel space and clear label areas that pharmacy and prescriber labelling demands.

1–6 components

Tirzepatide Packaging Boxes

Cartons for mixed-format packs — vials, pens and prefilled syringes — where component length rather than vial diameter drives the whole structure.

4–10 vials

NAD+ Vial Packaging Boxes

Multi-vial course and subscription packs where the box has to stay organised across weeks of use and look right on a wellness retail shelf.

1–10 vials

Glutathione Vial Boxes

Two-component packs pairing a powder vial with a solvent vial, in opaque cartons where light exclusion is a packaging requirement rather than a claim.

2–4 components

HCG Vial Boxes

Multi-component kit cartons holding a vial, a diluent ampoule and often a syringe — three different shapes that each need a different cavity profile.

1–25 vials

Bacteriostatic Water Packaging Boxes

High-count, cost-driven cartons for larger multi-dose diluent vials, usually plain or lightly printed and designed to be over-labelled downstream.

What these pages are, and what they are not

It is worth stating this before anything else, because the distinction is important and easily blurred.

  • They describe packaging formatsVial geometry, kit layout, label area, storage communication, secondary packaging.
  • They do not describe productsThere is no dosing, administration, treatment or efficacy content anywhere on this site.
  • Compound names identify applicationsThey tell you which packaging format a page covers. They do not indicate any affiliation or supply relationship.
  • They do not confer compliancePackaging cannot make a product compliant with any regulation. That determination is yours.

The full statement of scope and responsibility is set out on the packaging disclaimer page.

The packaging problems these formats share

Although the six pages cover different applications, a handful of packaging issues recur across all of them.

  • Label real estateSmall cartons have to carry printed content and still leave room for a dispensing label applied downstream.
  • Unlike components in one packVials, ampoules, syringes and diluents each need their own cavity profile.
  • Storage communicationWhere storage information appears on the pack, and how legibly.
  • Tamper evidenceWhich option is appropriate, and who decides that it is required.
  • Over-labellingReserving a matte, flat area so applied labels adhere reliably.

Every one of these is a layout decision made before artwork starts, which is why the file preparation requirements matter as much on these formats as the structure does.

Where responsibility sits

This matters more on these pages than anywhere else on the site.

  • You determine what must appear on your packaging and labelling.
  • You are responsible for legal, labelling, testing, storage, shipping and regulatory requirements.
  • We reproduce approved artwork and check it for production issues only.
  • We do not review content for mandatory statements, warnings, symbols or claims.
  • Nothing we supply contains a compound, medication or vial content.

On packs in these categories the label usually carries more required information than the carton does, which makes material and adhesive selection for vial labels part of the same decision.

Compound-Specific Packaging: common questions

Do you sell any of the compounds these pages name?

No. Peptides Boxes manufactures packaging. Every order we ship contains empty cartons, inserts, trays or labels and nothing else. We have never supplied a compound, medication or vial content of any kind.

Why use compound names on a packaging website at all?

Because that is how customers describe the packaging they need. The name identifies a vial format and a kit structure. It does not indicate affiliation with, or endorsement by, any manufacturer or brand owner.

Will your packaging make my product legally compliant?

No. Packaging is a component; it does not create regulatory compliance. Whether your product may lawfully be supplied, and what its labelling must contain, are questions for you and your regulatory advisers.

Can you advise on what to print on the pack?

We can advise on legibility, layout, panel space and production feasibility. We cannot and do not advise on required statements, warnings, symbols or identifiers.

Are you affiliated with any pharmaceutical company?

No. We have no affiliation, endorsement, licence or supply relationship with any pharmaceutical manufacturer or brand owner.

Can you supply plain, unbranded cartons?

Yes. Plain or single-colour cartons with a reserved matte area for an applied label are common in these categories, particularly for distributor and practitioner supply.

Tell us the format, not the product

Send the vial, the ampoule, the pen — whatever goes in the box. We will build packaging around the components and leave everything inside them to you.

We supply empty packaging only — no vials or vial contents are included.
