Custom packaging, shipped nationwide
We produce packaging to order and ship it to business and residential addresses across the United States. There is no minimum distance, no regional restriction and no difference in how a job is specified.
What does differ is context. Climate affects adhesives, coatings and board behaviour. Buyer type affects whether a pack is presented or shipped. The pages below cover the packaging issues that come up most often in each state.
How we work with customers outside our production facility
Every project runs the same way regardless of where you are, and none of it requires a visit.
- 01
You post us a vial
Or several, from the batch you will actually run. This is the one physical step, and it replaces several rounds of measurement questions — the method is in our guide tomeasuring a vial for packaging.
- 02
We specify and quote
Structure, insert, material and finishing, priced against your quantity — usually with two alternatives so the cost difference is visible.
- 03
Die lines and proofs travel electronically
Your designer works onto our die line. Proofs are reviewed digitally, with swatches posted where material feel matters.
- 04
A physical sample comes to you
You seat your real vial in the real cavity, close it, shake it. Nothing else tells you what a sample tells you.
- 05
Production ships to your address
Cartons and inserts flat, rigid boxes assembled, to a business or residential address anywhere in the country. Packing and dispatch detail is on theshipping policy page.
State pages
Each one covers a different packaging problem: humidity and adhesives, heat and glue seams, sub-zero application temperatures, freight geometry, assembly speed, or the kind of customer we most often work with there.
- CaliforniaPresentation-led packaging for private-label and wellness brands, shipped to addresses across California.
- TexasHigh-count trade cases and transit-focused specifications for distributors shipping across long in-state distances.
- FloridaMoisture-first specification — label facestocks, adhesives and coatings chosen for sustained humidity.
- New YorkCounter presentation and compact storage — packaging for practices and retailers working in constrained space.
- PennsylvaniaAssembly-efficient packaging for contract packers — structures that erect quickly and load without fuss.
- IllinoisMaster-case and pallet efficiency for customers consolidating shipments through central distribution.
- OhioColour consistency across repeat runs — the specification detail that matters most to established brands reordering regularly.
- GeorgiaDirect-to-customer mailers — packaging that is both the product box and the shipping box.
- North CarolinaBatch-coded packaging and variable data labelling for research and laboratory supply.
- MichiganCold-weather specification — label adhesives and board behaviour when packaging is applied or stored cold.
- New JerseyPlain and lightly printed cartons designed to be over-labelled downstream by distributors and repackers.
- VirginiaMulti-component kit cartons where several unlike items have to share one insert.
- WashingtonPaper-based and single-stream packaging, specified so recyclability claims are accurate rather than aspirational.
- ArizonaHigh-temperature specification — how sustained heat affects adhesives, laminates and glued seams.
- MassachusettsTight-tolerance work for laboratory and research customers, where fit is measured rather than judged.
- TennesseeParcel-network survivability — packaging specified for automated sorting rather than for careful handling.
- IndianaHigh-count case efficiency, where partition assembly time and material use decide the real cost per unit.
- MarylandPacks designed to be understood — printed inner lids, cavity maps and clear component identification.
- ColoradoAltitude, pressure change and very dry air — the three environmental factors that shape packaging here.
- MinnesotaSub-zero conditions — freezer-grade adhesives, hinge durability and packaging handled with gloves.
No local premises. Peptides Boxes produces packaging and ships nationwide. We do not operate offices, warehouses, factories or local teams in any state, and nothing on these pages should be read as claiming that we do.
Questions about nationwide supply
Do you have offices or warehouses in these states?
No. Peptides Boxes manufactures packaging and ships to addresses across the United States. We do not operate offices, warehouses, factories or local teams in any of the states listed here, and none of these pages claims otherwise.
Then why have state pages at all?
Because climate, buyer type and shipping geography genuinely change what we recommend. A customer labelling refrigerated vials in a humid coastal warehouse has a different materials problem from one erecting cartons in an unheated Midwest facility in January.
Each page is written around the packaging issue that comes up most in that context, not around the state name.
Do delivery times differ by state?
They will, because carrier transit times vary by distance and service level. We do not publish delivery estimates or guarantee dates, because those depend on the carrier rather than on us. Our shipping policy explains how dispatch works.
Is pricing different in different states?
Packaging pricing is driven by structure, materials, finishing and quantity. Freight varies with distance and parcel dimensions, which is one reason we quote alternative layouts — a grid and a single row holding the same vials ship very differently.
What if my state is not listed?
We ship to every state. The pages here cover the areas we are asked about most often; the absence of a page does not mean anything about availability. Send us your requirements and we will quote exactly the same way.
Wherever you are, start the same way
Send a vial, tell us the count and how the pack travels. Everything after that happens by email, courier and a sample in the post.
