Custom Peptide Packaging for Georgia

A large proportion of Georgia enquiries involve fulfilment: packs going straight from a warehouse to a consumer, with nothing between the box and the parcel network.

That is a specific and demanding case. The box has to protect like a shipper, present like a product carton, and carry a shipping label without ruining the design.

When the product box is the shipper

Removing the outer carton saves cost and material, but it moves the entire protective burden onto one box and one insert.

  • Foam, not paperboardWith no outer to absorb impact, the insert has to do it. This is the clearest case for foam.
  • Corrugated, not folding boardAn E-flute mailer survives the parcel network in a way a folding carton does not.
  • Self-locking closureA tuck flap will open. A locking mailer flap with a tape strip will not.
  • Label panelA defined matte area where the carrier label goes, kept off the design.
  • Corner protectionCorners take the impact; keep windows and die-cuts away from them.

A printed corrugated flip top mailer with a foam block is the specification this usually resolves to — the structure is covered on the flip top peptide boxes page.

Presentation inside a shipping box

  • Printed inner surfacesThe first thing the customer sees when the mailer opens.
  • Foam colourBlack foam against a printed interior reads far better than bare board.
  • Tear strip openingA controlled opening action, which also serves as a tamper indicator.
  • No void fillLoose packing material undermines a premium impression more than anything else.

Practical fulfilment specifications

  • E-flute printed mailerStrong, light, ships flat, and prints well enough for consumer-facing work.
  • One-piece foam insertA single placement per unit on a packing line.
  • Reserved carrier label zoneMatte, flat, and clear of printed content.
  • Fixed bundle countsBanded in consistent counts for line stock management.

Packaging questions from Georgia

Are you located in Georgia?

No. We produce packaging and ship to Georgia addresses along with the rest of the United States. No local facility or team.

Can one box be both the product box and the shipper?

Yes, and for direct-to-customer fulfilment it is common. It requires a corrugated structure and a foam insert, because there is no outer carton absorbing impact on the way.

Where should the shipping label go?

On a defined matte or uncoated panel, flat, away from creases and away from any printed content you want to remain visible. Design it in rather than leaving it to the packing operator.

Will a laminated surface hold a carrier label?

Gloss laminate can reject some label adhesives. If a carrier label goes onto the box, we specify a matte or uncoated area in that position.

Do we still need void fill?

If the insert is correct, no — and that is the point. Void fill exists to compensate for a box that is too big for its contents, and it undermines the unboxing experience.
