A film — BOPP or PET — for anything that will be refrigerated or handled with damp hands. Paper labels wrinkle and delaminate in moisture, and no amount of printing changes that.
If the vial will be handled repeatedly, wiped with alcohol or exposed to oils, yes. Ink on its own abrades. A clear laminate or UV varnish is inexpensive relative to the failure it prevents.
Yes, either as blank printed fields for you to complete or as variable data printed during label production. Variable data avoids a second operation at your facility.
No. A label is a printed component. What your labelling must contain, and whether your product may lawfully be supplied, are matters for you and your regulatory advisers. We do not review label content.
With a removable adhesive, yes — it peels from glass without residue. It is intended for temporary identification, not for labels that must stay attached for the life of the product.
Yes, and producing both together is the reliable way to do it. Different substrates reproduce colour differently, so a spot colour reference and a physical sample are both worth having.
